SESH 2024!

SponsoredViwe Nyamakazi

SESH is an annual event held in East London, dedicated to celebrating and promoting cannabis culture in a safe, private, and inclusive environment. It provides a unique platform for adults to consume cannabis, express creativity, and engage in activities that enhance the understanding of cannabis cultivation, culinary integration, and various art forms. By offering a curated blend of educational sessions, creative spaces, and community interaction, SESH aims to promote the growth and understanding of cannabis culture and its underlying philosophy.

The objective is to offer a safe and controlled space for cannabis consumption and education. To foster a community where enthusiasts can share knowledge and experiences. To showcase creative talent in various forms, including music, art, food, and clothing. To promote responsible consumption and provide education on growing, cultivation, and sustainable practices.

The vibrations were extremely high. Guests enjoyed a curated music playlist featuring local artists and sounds that enhanced the ambiance of the event. There was live performances and interactive entertainment.

A variety of food and dessert options were available, including both cannabis-infused and non-infused choices to cater to all tastes and dietary preferences.

Local artisans and vendors showcased custom clothing and accessories that reflect cannabis culture, alongside art pieces for sale or exhibition.

Attendees also participated in the PS5 tournament, featuring FIFA and Tekken, as well as other board games and communal activities.

To promote cannabis cultivation, there was a Summer Grow Giveaway where participants could win seeds, soil mix, and an organic growing tutorial, enabling them to start their own cultivation journey.

Event participants had the chance to win exclusive artwork and custom clothing items, further promoting local talent and creativity within the community.

Guests were welcome to bring their own cannabis products to share with others, fostering a communal environment and shared experiences.

One of the highlights of the event was the educational tutorials designed to provide practical knowledge on cannabis cultivation and use. The following sessions were conducted during the event:

Growing Basics: A beginner-friendly session that covered the fundamental aspects of cannabis cultivation, including seed selection, soil preparation, and environmental conditions for optimal growth.

Transplanting Techniques: A tutorial focusing on the best practices for transplanting cannabis plants, ensuring healthy root development and plant growth.

Integrated Pest Management (IPM): A session on how to manage pests without harmful chemicals, promoting organic and sustainable growing practices.

SESH is more than just an event – it’s a community-driven initiative aimed at fostering understanding, creativity, and education around cannabis culture. By offering a wide range of activities, educational sessions, and artistic expressions, SESH promotes the positive aspects of cannabis use and provides a platform for individuals to connect, learn, and celebrate the culture together.
